Celebration Generation Stationery (previously under Wink Design Group!) was conceived as a result of frustration at planning my own wedding. My fiance and I quickly tired of paging through invitation catalogues, surfing through invitation websites.. and not finding anything we wanted. With a solid view of the wedding we wanted, we sat down one night and created our invitations together. Utilizing my graphic design skills, and Michael's prowess in photography, we created our own ideal invitation set. After receiving feedback from family, friends, and many other brides, I began our stationery line.
As I saw it, the common trends for wedding invitations - and the availability of options - out there were not for me. I didn't want anyone to look at our invitation and comment that they knew someone else with the same one, or think about how they'd used the same style 10 years before. I wanted color, vibrant photography, and personalization to the extreme.

Do you have a "dream" favor you'd like to give out at your wedding? A favorite candy, a crazy idea? Run it by me. Chances are very good that I can make it work, no matter how outlandish it may seem in theory. I love a challenge. If you don’t know what kind of favor you’d like to give your guests, together we can come up with something personal, unique, and fabulous. Graphic design, access to great printers, creativity, and the ability to create yummy goodies is a *very* powerful combination when it comes to producing truly memorable favors!
The favors pictured to the right were made to the proper size of individual boxes of nerds candies. The color scheme for the box was designed around the wedding colors, and it incorporated the wedding flower - Stargazer Lily - into the favor as well. Each of the "Nerd" characters on the box represented one member of the bridal party. The female "nerds" were designed in gowns the same color as the actual bridal party. "Willy Wonka" was changed to the names of the bride and groom - My husband and I! - and a personal thank you note was designed onto the back panel. Our wedding website address was printed on the bottom flap, and the ingredients list has been customized to include more wedding-y stuff. “Love”, Devotion”, “Fun”, etc!
