Creamy Homemade Eggnog Pudding

This creamy homemade eggnog pudding recipe is a quick, easy, and tasty way to use up some leftover eggnog. It takes just minutes to make, and is sure to become a Christmas favorite!

YOU WILL NEED: Eggnog Milk Sugar Cornstarch Unsalted Butter Rum Extract Nutmeg Salt

In a small pot, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, & salt.  Slowly add eggnog and milk, whisking to combine.

Cook over medium high heat - whisking frequently - until the mixture is thick, and coats the back of a spoon.

Remove from heat, stir in butter and rum extract. 

Pour into serving dishes and chill before serving. Enjoy!
