Cheesy Shrimp and Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

These Cheesy Shrimp and Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms are a hearty but elegant holiday appetizer.  These come together quickly and easily, and are super satisfying!

YOU WILL NEED: Crimini Mushrooms Artichoke Hearts Shrimp Onion Garlic Cream Cheese Parmesan Cheese      Olive Oil Ground Pepper

Wash mushrooms.  Finely mince the stems, and arrange the caps on a baking sheet. Saute minced mushroom stems, artichoke hearts, and onion until veggies are tender and any remaining moisture in the pan has been cooked off.

Add garlic and chopped shrimp, continue to cook until shrimp is cooked.

Stir in softened cream cheese and about ⅓ of the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with black pepper.

Spoon mixture into the “cup” side of each mushroom cap,  sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese.

Bake as directed in the linked recipe, serve hot. Enjoy!
