Easy Breakfast Pizza

This breakfast pizza recipe is based on the one I grew up with: All kinds of tasty breakfast toppings, on a base of my grandmother’s baking powder biscuits recipe! It's quick & easy to throw together, delicious, and highly customizable!

YOU WILL NEED: All-Purpose Flour Cheddar Cheese Bacon Baby Bella Mushrooms Green Bell Pepper Large Eggs Shortening Milk Baking Powder Dried Oregano Salt

Prepare your toppings: Cook and chop the bacon. Whisk eggs and scramble until barely set. Slice veggies and shred the cheese.

Mix together dry ingredients, cut in the shortening. Add bacon and milk, stir just until dough comes together.

On prepared baking sheet, spread dough out, forming a crust that is of even thickness – between ½″ – ¾″ thick.

Evenly distribute scrambled egg over the crust, and top with mushrooms, green peppers, & remaining bacon.

Scatter cheese over the entire pizza, bake as directed.   Enjoy!
