Confetti Squares

Confetti Squares - Butterscotch, Peanut Butter, Marshmallow Bars - are a staple of any Manitoba holiday spread.  Easy to make, quick to disappear - perfect for Christmas dessert trays!

YOU WILL NEED: Butterscotch Chips Smooth Peanut Butter Unsalted Butter Rainbow Mini  Marshmallows

In a glass bowl, heat butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and butter.  Gently stir until smooth.

Stir in the marshmallows until they are evenly coated with the butterscotch fudge.

Spread mixture into a parchment lined or lightly greased pan, chill until set.

Once set, use a sharp knife to cut the marshmallow fudge slab into bars.
