YOU WILL NEED: Fresh Sweet Corn Heavy cream Cream Cheese Parmesan Cheese Unsalted Butter Granulated Sugar Salt

Use a sharp knife to remove kernels from the corn cobs.

Place kernels in a medium pot with heavy cream & sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes, season with salt to taste. Serve hot - enjoy!
