Easy Maple Pumpkin Bread

Everyone loves a seasonal quick bread, and this easy maple pumpkin bread recipe will NOT disappoint!  It's tasty, quick & easy to make, great texture - perfect for Thanksgiving!

YOU WILL NEED: Canned pumpkin puree All-purpose flour Chopped walnuts (optional) Maple syrup Brown sugar Unsalted butter Large eggs Vanilla extract Ground cinnamon Ground ginger Nutmeg Ground cloves Baking soda Baking powder Salt

Preheat the oven and prepare a loaf pan. I like to use nonstick spray, then line it with parchment.

Mix your dry ingredients together, set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk your wet ingredients together. Add to the bowl of dry ingredients, stir until JUST combined.

If using nuts, gently stir them into the pumpkin bread batter.  Spread batter in your prepared loaf pan.

Bake your pumpkin bread JUST until a knife or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Don't over bake!
