Maple Bourbon Glazed Carrots

YOU WILL NEED: Carrots Unsalted Butter Pineapple Juice Maple Syrup Bourbon Brown Sugar Salt Ground Pepper

Peel your carrots. I like to use mixed colour carrots, for a more colourful & festive side dish.

 Carefully cut the carrots into uniform slices. Add to a heavy pan, along with remaining ingredients.

Simmer until glaze cooks down and carrots reach desired tenderness – 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness and personal taste. Serve hot - Enjoy!
