The BEST Apple Cider Cake Recipe

This apple cider cake is bursting with the best flavors of all, all wrapped up in a cute bundt cake form.  A moist cake with a delicious glaze - It's the perfect fall cake, especially for Thanksgiving!

YOU WILL NEED: Cake Flour Granulated Sugar Apple Cider Fresh Apples Unsalted Butter Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix Powdered Sugar Large Eggs Ground Cinnamon Ground Nutmeg Ground Cloves Vanilla Extract Baking Powder Salt

In a large bowl, whisk together the apple cider cake batter ingredients

Pour the Apple Cider Cake Batter into a prepared Bundt Pan, bake as directed in the linked recipe.

As the cake is baking, make your hot apple cider soak.

While cake is still cooling in the pan, poke some holes on the top of the it, then pour the hot apple cider syrup over.     There is a lot of syrup and if cake doesn’t soak it up right away, just wait a couple minutes and add the rest. It will take time to soak it up.

As the cake is cooling, make your apple cider glaze.

Invert the fully cooled cake onto a serving plate, drizzle with the apple cider glaze.  Enjoy!
