Blueberry Pancake Sauce

A quick and easy topping for any pancake recipe!

  • 10 oz Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ Cup Water*
  • 1 Orange, zest of


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened.


* For a more “adult” variation, substitute Amaretto for the water!
