Ube White Chocolate Fudge
This fudge is gorgeous, has a great texture, takes only a few minutes to make, and has only 2 ingredients!
Servings 36 - 1 8" x 8" pan of fudge
- 1 can Jersey Flavored Sweetened Condensed Creamer - Ube
- 3 Cups White Chocolate Chips I used 2 bags of Chipits, 225 g each/.
Before getting started, line an 8″ square pan with parchment paper, or grease generously with butter.
Measure ¼ cup of the sweetened condensed creamer, set aside for another use.
Combine white chocolate chips and remaining sweetened condensed creamer in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
(Alternatively, combine in a microwave safe bowl and nuke for 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth)
Remove from heat, spread into prepared pan, and chill until set.
