Easy Blood Orange Cranberry White Chocolate Fudge

This fudge is delicious, has a great texture, takes only a few minutes to make, and has only a few ingredients!

Equipment

  • 8 inch square glass dish
  • Parchment Paper
  • Blood Orange Extract

Ingredients

  • 3 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
  • 1 teaspoon Blood Orange Extract
  • 1– 1 ½ cups Dried Cranberries
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Before getting started, line an 8″ square pan with parchment paper, or grease generously with butter.
  • Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
  • (Alternatively, combine in a microwave safe bowl and nuke for 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth)
  • Remove from heat, stir in blood orange extract, cranberries, and salt.
  • Spread into prepared pan, and chill until set.
