Get a large pot of water boiling.
Add frozen perogies to boiling water, cook until they're floating and heated through.
Preheat your air fryer to 380F.
Strain water off perogies, use a paper towel to dab excess water off the surface of the perogies.
Arrange perogies as a single layer in your air fryer.
Spray perogies generously with cooking oil, flip, and spray the other side.
Cook for 15 minutes, turning partway through.
Serve hot, with sour cream.
