Ingredients

  • 1 small savoy cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 carrot peeled and grated
  • 2-3 red anaheim peppers thinly sliced/ribboned
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced on a diagonal
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, gently toss prepared cabbages, carrot, peppers and green onions. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables, toss to coat evenly.
  • Cover, chill for at least 1 hour to let flavours mingle. Serve cold.
