YOU WILL NEED:
All-Purpose Flour
Yellow Cornmeal
Fresh or Frozen Corn
Unsalted Butter
Granulated Sugar
Milk
Honey
Large Eggs
Baking Powder

In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.Add eggs and milk, stirring carefully until well incorporated and smooth. Set aside.
Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
Mix into the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
Don't overwork it, or you'll end up with tough muffins!
