Christmas Tree Pavlova

Looking for something different to serve this holiday season?  This Christmas Pavlova is fun to make, tasty, and visually impressive - a 3D Christmas Tree Pavlova!

YOU WILL NEED: Large Egg Whites Super Fine Sugar Heavy Cream Vanilla Extract      Vinegar Cornstarch Salt Green Food Colouring Fruit of Choice

Cut 2 sheets of parchment paper to fit your baking sheets.  Draw circles of the following sizes on them (1 of each): Pan 1: 8", 5", 2".      Pan 2: 6.5", 16.5 cm, 3.5". Place parchment paper in your pans, marked side down.  Set aside.

Following the recipe - and tips! - in the linked post, prepare your pavlova meringue.

Add the flavouring, corn starch, vinegar, and food colouring, gently fold to combine.

Divide meringue among your drawn circles - smoothing meringue out to the edges of the guides.     Aim to have each round about the same height. Bake and cool as directed in the linked post.

Just before serving, whip the heavy cream. Once whipped, add any desired flavorings, as well as the green food coloring.

Assemble your pavlova Christmas tree, layering the meringues with green whipped cream and fresh fruit. Serve immediately - Enjoy!
