Pumpkin Custard

This Pumpkin custard is an easy and elegant dessert for Thanksgiving dinner.  They're basically individual crustless pumpkin pies!

YOU WILL NEED: Pumpkin puree Brown sugar Maple Syrup   Heavy cream    Large eggs Vanilla Extract Spices Salt

Cream together cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

Pour into ramekins or custard cups, arrange in a large pan. Carefully add water to the pan until it's halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake until custards are set, but wiggle in the middle.     Remove from oven, allow to cool to room temperature,  then chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish if desired and enjoy!
