Biscoff Hot Chocolate

This Biscoff Hot Chocolate is a fun variation on a traditional winter beverage. The cookie butter makes it almost like a S'Mores Hot Cocoa!

Equipment

  • 1 Small saucepan

Ingredients

  • cup Biscoff Spread
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Pinch Salt
  • 2 cups Milk of choice we use Unsweetened Almond Milk, for a richer drink, swap out ½ cup of milk for heavy cream
  • Optional garnishes: Whipped Cream Crushed Biscoff Cookies, Chocolate Shavings, Mini Marshmallows, etc

Instructions

  • Measure the Biscoff Spread, Cocoa powder, sugar, and the salt into a small saucepan, whisk until smooth.
  • Add the milk - a little at a time - whisking to fully disperse the Biscoff mixture.
  • Heat over medium low heat - whisking constantly - until the Biscoff Hot Chocolate is steaming, but NOT quite boiling.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Divide Biscoff hot chocolate into 2 mugs, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.
