Breakfast of Champions

When I was a kid skater, I made something called “Breakfast of Champions”. Here, I give the details of that mess of deliciousness!

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Ramen Noodles, chicken flavour
  • 1-2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 can Cocktail Shrimp
  • cup Cheddar Cheese, small cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Sour Cream

Instructions

  • Take a packet of ramen type noodles, break it up a bit, and put it in a small saucepan.
  • Sprinkle the flavor packet and curry powder over it, along with the water from the can of shrimp pieces.
  • Top with just enough water to barely cover it, and cook only till the noodles start to soften a bit.
  • Add the shrimp, cook another few seconds to warm them up.
  • Toss in the small cubes of mild cheddar, stir once (get the cheese warm, not melted yet), then strain the soup off the noodles.
  • Dump the noodles in a bowl, add sour cream, and stir for a creamy noodle dish.
  • Serve Immediately!
