Easy Blood Orange Cranberry Dark Chocolate Fudge

Blood Orange Extract
- 3 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
- 1 teaspoon Blood Orange Extract
- 1– 1 ½ cups Dried Cranberries
- Pinch Salt
Before getting started, line an 8″ square pan with parchment paper, or grease generously with butter.
Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
(Alternatively, combine in a microwave safe bowl and nuke for 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth)
Remove from heat, stir in blood orange extract, cranberries, and salt.
Spread into prepared pan, and chill until set.
