- 6 Ears fresh sweet corn husks removed
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
- 4 oz Cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- ⅓ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
Use a sharp knife to remove kernels from the corn.
Place kernels in a medium pot, along with heavy cream and sugar.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in cream cheese and butter, stirring until everything is well incorporated. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and mixed in.
Season with salt to taste, and serve hot.
