Easy Spiced Apple Chia Pudding

- 1 Apple peeled and shredded
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- pinch salt
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Mix apple, sugar, spices, and salt, microwave for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
Allow to sit for 20 minutes, stir again, and divide into 2 serving cups.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Garnish as desired, and serve.
