When peaches are in season, and you have a bunch to use up... consider fresh peach salsa! This fruity salsa is especially great with fish, chicken, and pork.

- 3 Fresh peaches chopped
- ½ Red bell pepper seeded and chopped
- ¼ cup chopped red onions
- 1 Jalapeno pepper finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Finely Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Lime
- Salt
- Pepper
Place peaches, red pepper, onions, jalapeno, and cilantro into a medium sized bowl.
Zest and juice lime into the bowl, gently toss to coat everything.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Use immediately, or cover and chill until you’re ready for it.
