Homemade Pavlova

Pavlova is my absolute favorite dessert of all time, and this homemade Pavlova recipe is fantastic: A crunchy meringue-based dessert- marshmallowy inside - topped with whipped cream and fruit!

YOU WILL NEED: Fresh Fruits & Berries Heavy Cream Egg Whites Sugar Vanilla Extract Vinegar Cornstarch Salt

Whip egg whites together with salt until glossy, soft peaks form. Add the sugar - a little at a time - continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

Sprinkle vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch over meringue, gently fold in till combined.

Heap meringue onto a lined baking sheet, spread out in a circle.

Bake and cool as directed in the linked recipe.

Just before serving, whip the heavy cream. If you want, you can add a little sugar and vanilla - I do!

Mound the whipped cream on your pavlova, top with fresh fruits. Serve immediately - Enjoy!
