Chewy Chai Blondies

  • 9 x 13 cake pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar well packed!
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Instant Tea Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 Large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare 9 x 13 pan with pan spray or shortening.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
  • Add beaten eggs and melted butter, stir until dry ingredients are well incorporated and wet.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan(s), Bake for 30-35 min. Blondies are done when knife inserted into center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
