Chewy Chai Blondies

As someone who's not a huge fan of chocolate, I love blondies. They give you the same satisfaction as a good brownie, but sans chocolate. Perfect.
These Chewy Chai Blondies come together quickly and easily, producing a decadent, butterscotchy bar with great, warm flavours coming from all of the chai spices.

Chewy Chai Blondies
Equipment
- 9 x 13 cake pan
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar well packed!
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Pinch Salt
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Instant Tea Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 Large Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare 9 x 13 pan with pan spray or shortening.
- In large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
- Add beaten eggs and melted butter, stir until dry ingredients are well incorporated and wet.
- Spread batter into prepared pan(s), Bake for 30-35 min. Blondies are done when knife inserted into center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
